We ship most orders via Fed-Ex ground. Orders usually SHIP in 2-5 business days. We are unable to ship International orders at this time. Orders shipped to Alaska and Hawaii will include an additional $25 charge. Products cannot be shipped outside the continental US at this time, including APO addresses. We offer expedited shipping (Overnight, 2nd Day, etc.) upon request. Because of the nature of our products and the various sizes and weights, expedited shipping costs can vary greatly. If you are interested in expedited shipping, please call our customer service department at 1-866-781-0997.
RETURNS AND EXCHANGES
To return or exchange an item, you must call customer service at 1-866-781-0997 to receive a Return Authorization. All returns without an Return Authorization will be refused. When you call, the customer service representative will give you further instructions on how to return your item. All returned items must be returned in their original packaging and in original, unused and resalable condition.
Items returned 30 days from receipt of merchandise will receive 100% money back. After 30 days, items that are returned will be subject to a 15% restocking fee. After 90 days, returns will be refused and Return Authorizations will not be given.
Exchanges will be given for "like-items" only. An example of a like-item exchange would be an exchange for the same product in a different size or color. For exchanges, the best and fastest way to receive your exchanged items is to return your original item for refund as stated above and then place a new order for your new items. If instead you choose to wait until your exchange is processed for your new order to be placed, then please be aware that exchanges may take up to three weeks to get processed.
CUSTOMER MUST PAY FOR SHIPPING ON RETURNS. NO POSTAGE DUE RETURNS WILL BE ACCEPTED AND NO CREDITS WILL BE ISSUED FOR SHIPPING CHARGES. REFUSED SHIPMENTS WILL ALSO BE CHARGED 15% RESTOCKING FEE AND WILL BE CREDITED LESS SHIPPING FEES.
All items requiring manufacturer's warranty repair or replacement must be handled directly through the individual manufacturer and should not be returned to SafeRacer. Please contact us if you need information on manufacturer's address or phone number.
