What is a Grill?
Barbeque grills are used for cooking food. They come in either gas or charcoal models and grill food by exposing it to direct or indirect heat from the heating source. Grills are very popular in the United States and can be found in just about every backyard. They are also used throughout the rest of the world and while summertime is traditionally the time of year when backyard barbeque grills are used the most, more and more people are using their grills all during the year. Grills can be used to cook beef, poultry, pork, and vegetables. Grillers can purchase a wide variety of accessories to go along with their barbeque grills to enhance the grilling experience.
